With the deepening of economic globalization and exacerbation of social competition,particularly in recent years,the post 80 s and 90 s are leaving campus and walking into society to join the work force.Their new thinking patterns and values are impacting the management model of enterprises.The focus of competition of modern enterprises has gradually transformed into contention for talents,especially young talents.How to attract,retain and discover talents has become the key to enterprises' sustainable development.Therefore,the job satisfaction of the new generation of employees has increasingly become the focus of enterprise administrators.Therefore,this article will research on the new generation of employees,aims to investigate the existence of new generation employees and the status of human resources management,using the research methods of empirical analysis related factors affecting the job satisfaction of new generation employees,whether for the new generation of employees' job satisfaction influence and influence degree of construction such as the nature of the work,salary and welfare,leadership capacity,business management,promotion and development,physical and mental quality factor analysis model.In addition,this research has a strong comprehensive research value,and from the theoretical value,it has a certain reference function for the study of psychology and management.On the one hand,the specific background through the study on the new generation of employees to explore the personality characteristics and psychological needs of them,enrich the related theories of psychology research;on the other hand,explore the status and influencing factors of job satisfaction of the staff,to further improve the current staff management theory.From the practical value,research status post-80 s and 90 s employees and their satisfaction level,on the one hand,to further understanding of this kind of groups,their personality characteristics and their occupation of the psychological needs,in order to find a scientific and reasonable method to inspire them to actively work,help them to do self occupation development planning;on the other on the one hand,through the research to enterprise managers to better understand the new generation of the psychological world,clearly raise their satisfaction,optimize the humanresource management of enterprises,to help enterprises develop talent construction.By summarizing relevant literature on job satisfaction of foreign and domestic employees and the new generation of employees,this dissertation conducts a systematic research on its connotation,theoretical basis,influencing factors,investigation methods and measurement instruments.Based on combination of theory with reality and qualitative research with quantitative research,this dissertation designs questionnaire about job satisfaction according to characteristics of the new generation of employees and makes investigation.It studies several factors influencing them and adopts SPSS software to make descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on sample statistics.Through these analyses,this research reveals the status qua of job satisfaction of the new generation of employees in the X enterprise and verifies the research hypothesis.Finally,in accordance with the factors influencing job satisfaction of the new generation of employees,this dissertation brings forward relevant measures to improve their job satisfaction.Through empirical analysis,this dissertation arrives at the conclusion that job satisfaction of the new generation of employees is general on the whole;the research model and research hypothesis are also further verified,this is to say,there is an apparent direct correlation between job nature,leadership,enterprise management,promotion and development of employees,physical and metal quality,personal characteristics and job satisfaction of the new generation of employees;meanwhile,the researches finds that among these influencing factors,salary and welfare have the biggest influence on their job satisfaction,followed by job nature and enterprise management,and that promotion and development have the minimum impact.Results of this research play an extremely important role in enhancing the all-round understanding of leaders of the X enterprise on mentality of the new generation of employees,effectively motivating them,elevating their job satisfaction and improving operation and management of the enterprise.In the meanwhile,providing some valuable suggestions to help enterprise to manage these employees better.
