With the arrival of economic times and the development of economic globalization,at the time of the development of today’s world economy,and need the full range of human resources.The competition between enterprises is talent competition.Contemporary,as the new generation of employees(80、90 employees) continues to grow up,which makes up a larger and larger proportion in the work,gradually become the main force of the 21st century labor.However,the growth of the new generation and the environment prior to the 1980s generation also has a significant difference, there are contrasts between them.In the workplace,they are distinctive,self-centered,and the general lack of social work experience.Therefore,in the management of their process,the enterprise has brought a lot of problems,For the reason that,how to manage the new generation,so that they better serve the company,create more useful value,to become a serious problem in this article.With the rapid development of the information age,at the present,the competition of enterprises became more intense.If companies want to victory in the competition,must clearly recognize that the needs of employees and to meet their needs,strive to improve their job satisfaction and loyalty to the company.Job satisfaction means an attitude and psychological reaction to the employees on remuneration for the job,working environment,the work itself,relationships and so on.Throughout the relevant literature at home and abroad,there are many studies on employees job satisfaction,but there is a little about the new generation.This article will combine the new generation environment for the growth and characteristics.Then proposed a series of solutions,it can be divided into the following phases:The first stage:After reading a lot of relevant literature,to sort out the relevant literature,and combine with the new generation environment for the growth and characteristics Finally,according to the literature,proposed my research hypotheses. After consultation with the instructor,select several major factors and do empirical research.The second stage:through online questionnaires,and on the official questionnaire, do reliability.validity and factor analysis,five key factors are derived among the factors affecting job satisfaction.Respectively,return to work,the work itself,business management,leadership and personal development.Third stage:the questionnaire data derived by SPSS software,do factor analysis, descriptive analysis,analysis of variance,correlation and regression analysis,verify the correctness of theoretical assumptions.Then come to a conclusion,remuneration for work and other factors have this great difference with job satisfaction.Among them,the return to work is the key factor of the new generation of job satisfaction.Forth stage.By doing summary to the conclusions,starting from influencing factors of job satisfaction about the new generation,and propose relevant measures how to improve their job satisfaction.This provides a reference for enterprises to better manage the new generation of employees too.
