Big data is turning on a major transformation of the times.Behind this trend is a hidden reality:large data has begun to penetrate the industry,and played an increasingly large impact,including high data dependence on the economic information industry.Due to institutional and other factors,the China Economic Information Service(CEIS),which was recently reorganized and set sail,faces challenges in its development philosophy,technology research and development,management structure,information collection and personnel training.How to make the best use of the situation,grasp and identify the development opportunities in the era of large data,avoid its shortcomings and competition challenges,and develop CEIS into a world-class economic information services,is a worthy of study of the subject.CEIS’s existing product mix-regardless of the overall level or classification structure,are in urgent need of improvement.The existing more than 100 products in 84%of the low-end information processing products,that is a simple summary without the integration of mining economic information products.Above the reality,all reflect its strategic development,product planning,marketing strategy,organization and management aspects of the existence of deep-seated problems.In this paper,using strategic management theory,we take CEIS’s strategy of big data as an example,and use the strategic management methods in CEIS’s strategic direction of choice.We hope that this paper will provide some useful information for the CEIS leaders to do some in-depth discussion and analysis for the formulation and implementation of the data strategy of CEIS. |
