Research And Analysis On The Ability Of Strategic Emerging Industries’Information Resource Service System

When human society into the21st century, technology is advancing rapidly, as the economy continues to develop, information resources has become an extremely important strategic resource. Country’s innovation capability has become the decisive factor of its status in international competitiveness and the world pattern. As the deepening of economic globalization and the competition in comprehensive national strength is becoming increasingly fierce, through the operation of information resources service system to support and promote innovation activities have become an important part of the world’s national innovation strategy. At the same time, the rapid development of strategic emerging industries puts forward higher request to information resource service capabilities. But the exchange mechanism of strategic emerging industries and the level of information service show much inadequacy to the market-oriented economy, and those become the key to hinder the development of strategic emerging industry in China.This paper selected photovoltaic industry and new energy automotive industry as the entry point, finding out the problems of photovoltaic industry information resources service system, so that can make new energy automotive industry avoid its development path. Firstly, this paper through the questionnaire investigated33companies in the information resource requirements. Secondly, this paper examined16information resources services for the photovoltaic industry and the new energy automotive industry. On this basis, making an objective evaluation to the current information resources service system by comparing the needs of enterprise information resources and information services provided by information services, and then pointed out its problems. Finally, the paper put forward the developing principles and strategy of the strategic emerging industries’ information resources service system.The research and findings presented in this paper are significant in guiding the establishment of information resources service system among China’s strategic emerging industries, and offer useful references to government authority in making policies and developing strategies for China’s information resources service system.
