Strategic information management can largely reduce the risk and waste caused by inadequate intelligence. Of which the system has therefore become long-teen strategic assets of a successful enterprise.Except for trying to study and explore the application of competitive intelligence and its system to enterprise competitive strategy, in the first chapter this thesis presents the concept, application and development of strategic information management in details, expounds various means of collecting and providing strategic information, gives out the centralized model construction of Beijing O'land cooperation enterprise Strategic information management, describes three information tracking modes which competitive rivals often use and introduces a variety of analytical methods against opponents.In the second chapter, we have analyzed the economic intelligence, industry intelligence about representative company and its enterprise intelligence, and introduce three models for analyzing opponents:Combining an representative enterprise's intelligence system with the institution of its competitive strategy, the article draws the outline of an representative enterprise's strategic development by means of the methods of SWOT and SPACE and in terms of a judgement upon its developing factors in future, and selects and establishes the best competitive strategy for it after fully considering the game of two sides or more of competition.It's believed that Strategic information management is the basic of strategic management. Establishing the representative enterprise strategy and doing the enterprise strategy, it need collecting and analyzing the intelligence of the opponents, then, representative enterprises will be successful in competing with their opponents.
