Study On The Choice Of International Transportation Solutions For Fruit Products

With the rapid development of our society and economy in recent years,people's consumption level continues to improve,of imported fruit with high-end quality has become the new darling in the market.At the same time,people put forward higher requirements of fruit diversification,nutrition and safety.Also the policy of China's customs and quarantine has supported for imported fruit.All these aspects lead to a trend of gradual increase in fruit import volume,which also brings great changes of the bulky fruit international transportation mode.Increasingly fierce competition among enterprises has made reducing logistics cost and optimizing the transport solution into the common pursuit of goals,in order to enhance the competitiveness of products,increase market share and obtain more profits.Fruit is a kind of fresh agricultural products with high perishability,and its international transportation needs the entire cold chain transportation,which has the characteristics of high technology,high cost and high risk.Therefore,how to design and choose a high efficiency,low risk,and economic international transport solution combined with the characteristics of fruit,is the main purpose and core problem of this paper.Based on the above research background and purpose,through the methods of combining qualitative and quantitative study,combining theory and practice study,this paper first elaborates the current situation of domestic and foreign research on cargo transportation of goods,the choice of transport solution and the cold chain logistics,and then further introduces the content,principles and ideas of transport solution design,as well as two general methods of choosing transport solutions-analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and linear programming method,providing a theoretical basis for the design and selection of Y Company cherries international transport solution below.Secondly,this paper analyzes and diagnoses the status quo of Y Company cherries international transport business,summarizes the confronting problems in cherries international transportation,and puts forward the necessity of researching cherries international transport solution.Finally,in line with the basic principle of the transport solution design and specific needs of Y Company cherries international transportation,this paper analyzes the transportation mode suitable for cherries international transportation and the basis and source of the design of each transport solution design.According to influencing factors of transport options,this paper chooses the best solution among three alternatives by applying analytic hierarchy process and linear programming method.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)For the choice of single transport solution,first determine the relative importance of each index in the criterion layer according to the characteristics of fruits,and the optimal transportation solution can be selected according to the final score through the analytic hierarchy process.(2)For the choice of transport solution combination,it can establish the single-objective and multi-objective decision model based on the linear programming method to determine the transport solution portfolio model under different needs.In this paper,the general methods and models of fruit transportation solution selection are obtained through research,which has provided decision-making method for transportation decision-makers,avoided the blind decision-making phenomenon,ensured the scientific and rational decision-making,and also provided a referential value and valuable experience for the choice of bulky fruit international transport.This has a certain practical value.
