With the upgrade of the internet technology and big data,"Internet +"has applied to every walk of life.Thereout internet take-away food has appeared.On the one hand,it brings convenience to consumers,on the other hand,the internet take-away food safety evolved into a problem.On March 15,2016,CCTV had exposured some take-out platform had serious food safety problems.Instantly,the safety of internet take-away food is pushed to the forefront.Food on the third party platform looks like glamorous,delicious,however,the production process is horrible.In 2015,the new safety law of food has pulished.It is the most stricted law in the history.Government ensures the safety on the lips.In the last year,internet take-away food has had springed up suddenly.Due to Internet take-out food belong to emerging industries,with the Internet properties,general food regulation is difficult to wipe out the hidden trouble in security take-out food industry lonely.How to take corresponding measures to ensure the safety of take-out food puts forward new challenges to the government regulation.On this article is divided into six parts:the first part:introduction.Mainly introduced the research significance,the existing research results at home and abroad,research methods,innovation and deficiency.The second part:summary of Internet take-away food safety government regulation.For Internet take-out food and for defining meaning related to food safety regulation,this paper discusses the current Internet take-away food safety supervision of the external environment and internal composition.The third part:study the current situation of Internet take-away food safety regulation.At the same time with "3.15 party"exposes the take-out platform "hungry" for the case analysis,analysis of the current situation of government foreign sell food safety regulation,summarizes the problems existing in the supervision.The fourth part:the government on the Internet take-away food safety regulatory problems analysis of the causes.Through the above theoretical research and case study,this paper discusses the government in the take-away safety supervision of the Internet in the system,system and operation mechanism problems.The fifth part:strengthen the government countermeasures and Suggestions of take-away food safety regulation on the Internet Problems arising from the section of the last chapter put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,from the aspects of system,system to perfect the government regulation.The sixth part:conclusion part,the research of this paper made a general summary,and predicts the developing trend of this subject.
