| Food safety is not only a major livelihood issues, but also a major economic and social problems. In modern society, with the rapid development of the standard of people's material life, food industry develops quickly. Meanwhile, food safety issues highlight,especially in rural and urban areas. Due to the lack of consumer's personal judgment and supervision, food safety problems become common. The thesis regards Shangli County as the sample, it investigates the reasons of food safety problems of Shangli County by the methods of literature research and survey analysis. The reasons are as follows: The laws and regulations on food safety are not sound and not be well carried out;government regulatory system is not sound; the food enterprises exist serious ethical problems and the public participation is not enough. According to the solution of the problems of food safety from foreign country, and based on the situation of Shangli County, we must make use of the legality, government, enterprises and the society publics to formulate the solutions. Firstly, we should from perfect legal standards and establish absolute liability system so that we can highlight the role of legal safeguard and improve the supervision of food safety laws and regulations; Secondly, we should polish the systems of organization, supervision and investment in order to highlight the role of government's regulatory and improve the food safety regulatory initiatives; Thirdly, we should strengthen the education on the ethical education of enterprise, perfect the education platforms, which can help to highlight the main roles of enterprises and improve the food business ethics education; What's more, we need to enhance consumers' awareness of food safety and make use of the third-party and other aspects from the focus,which can highlight the role of social work and improve the supervision of the social forces. Through these measures, it's more likely for us to protect “people's tongue security". |
