With the gradual improvement of our patent system,the importance of local government in patent management is becoming more and more significant.Wenzhou as a pioneer in developing of the private economy,with the advent of economic transformation and upgrading of the arrival of the original private enterprises facing low technological content,transformation and upgrading difficult bottlenecks,so urgent need to strengthen the patent reform and promotion.Under the framework of the existing unified patent system in the country,how to improve the efficiency of local government patent management and formulate thepatent local management strategy suitable for market development and scientific law is urgent for Wenzhou.In this paper,the patent management of Wenzhou municipal government as the object of study,through field investigation,case analysis,comparative research and other methods,as far as possible objective and comprehensive access to the city domestic related to patent management data and information analysis,and the use of service-oriented government Theory and property rights theory of Wenzhou current patent management in the specific practices,the effectiveness of the existing problems and challenges and other aspects of the analysis.In view of the lack of professional personnel in Wenzhou patent management,it is proposed to introduce the third party social organization in the process of patent administration of local government,strengthen the support for patented technology professionalism,and give the problem,Proposed the establishment of local patent pool,to strengthen the patent between the regional enterprises "reciprocity";for the city's lack of specialized patent trading platform,proposed to strengthen the Internet + local patent trading platform and other innovative ideas.This article from the Wenzhou local patent market demand point of view,for the government-related public policy comments and suggestions,so that the government in the patent management to play a more effective role.
