It also pointed out the different model formulation and implementation steps of patent strategy with enterprises development.On the basis of the above analysis, the paper focuses on Chery automobile patent strategy and it implementation, combining with Chery specific circumstances, by the way of research, data analysis , theory linking with practice。By analyzing the organizational structure, policies and regulations, awareness training, the mode of Chery patent strategy, the paper comes to the following conclusions: because of its correct patent strategy and tireless efforts,Chery finds the right directions on the new products, new technology, R & D cost control, patented technology for protection patent management structure and systems. By focusing on its own research and optimizing the management of patent strategy,Chery forms its core competitiveness and its market share is continually increasing.However, along with economic development and the increase in patent barriers of multinational companies,Chery patent strategy should be also timely adjusted and improved on the use of patent document, patent licensing trade, produce exporting, patent pool and patent forewarning system So that it can deal with more brutal competition and lay a solid foundation for faster development.
