The rapid development of electronic technology needs battery with higher performances, to meet the requirements of the electronic technology, new technology and products of battery had been researched and developed by many battery enterprises and been an important and strategic assignment for study related to enterprises existence. Therefore, it has become an important task for the enterprises to apply the schedule management techniques to the new technology and product researching and developing project for accelerating the developing speed, shortening the cycle time of developing new products and improving the developing efficiency.In the article, take the new type battery researching and developing project in M Factory as example, the project scheduling and the project schedule control for the new technology and product researching and developing project was studied. Firstly, based on the briefly analysis on the domestic and oversea developing status and the related theory of schedule management, the operation system of the project had been discussed, the main factors influenced the project schedule had been analyzed, and the organization, responsibility, process and operation system and so on had been introduced. Secondly, the project scheduling had been researched with the schedule management theory and techniques, based on the overall comprehension of the network planning techniques. The project objective had been analyzed, the initial schedule plan of the project was obtained by using network planning techniques such as work breakdown structure (WBS) method, work time estimated methods, CPM method, Microsoft Project software and so on and be optimized by using tools of time optimization to meet the requirement of the project cycle time. Finally, the methods and measures used in the project schedule control was introduced, the problems occurred in project implementation was solved by applying the dynamic tracking and controlling techniques of project schedule management, the project schedule was updated to ensure the whole schedule of the project not delayed, and the experiences in the project schedule management and control was summarized, the problems and the improving suggestions and measures was put forward. The success development of the project has bringing good commercial benefit to M factory, with the technology stability and large-scale application of the technology, its commercial and social benefit is increasingly being demonstrated. |
