Research On Improvement Of Countermeasure Of BT Company Equipment Maintenance

With the progress of China’s economic development and modem science and technology,advanced production line operations will replace backward production lines,but also to increase the degree of automation management has brought new challenges in automated production line for any one device problems occur,are likely to affect the entire production line shutdown.But in the face of so many devices on the production line can not do everything the management,the focus must be managed.Automated assembly line so enterprises must strengthen the equipment maintenance management,enterprise must advance with the times,changing attitudes,learn from today’s manufacturing industry advanced management concepts and models,combined with their own characteristics,to find a suitable device management of the road.This article studied and analyzed the development process,equipment,scale and characteristics of BT,actuality of equipment spot inspection,analyzed on the basis of the actual problem,draw a point inspection system to implement the effect not beautiful,not classifying equipment management,maintenance schedule,the lack of control of equipment state control force,low level of equipment maintenance team insufficient standard,the equipment management system of standard rules and other aspects.And some of the equipment using the current international and domestic current management theory and equipment management method,comparative analysis,and then optimize the existing point inspection mode,perfect the system of the equipment maintenance,equipment classification and using ABC classification management,equipment a three-level-government is implemented in the tally system,using network diagram equipment maintenance schedule plan optimization and adjustment the condition of the lack of progress control,select and establish a mature and reliable maintenance team to raise the level of equipment maintenance,finally points out that enterprises need to attach importance to equipment maintenance information sorting and archiving,situation and establishing equipment maintenance information system,to improve equipment management level,improve enterprise’s core competitiveness.
