The Study Of Equipment Maintenance Improvement Of C Plastic & Metal Mould Factory

Equipment maintenance is an important part of equipment management for factory operation. With the improvement of production technology, manufacturing enterprises continue to expand the productive capacity. The productive equipments are large,high-speed, intelligent, continuous, automated and complicated. To ensure the reliability,stability and economy of the equipments, the project of equipment maintenance management has become an important field of study.This paper is based on the study of the equipment maintenance of the plastic and metal mould factory, point out the problems facing by the management in the routine work. Using the PDCA, fishbone, spare parts ABC classfication method and 6S tools, a series of problem solving packages are worked out and carried in the maintenance team. For the shortcoming exposed in the beginning process of the equipment, the study stress the importance of the whole life management for equipment, LCC should be implied in the equipment management. Equipment monitoring , spot checking , diagnoising and troubleshooting should be carried scheduledly in the equipment maintenance improve activity. Although several maintenance modes exisit in the factory, there should be a trends toward condition based metenance. For the spare parts management, ABC classfication method was setup and implied in the factory, the important spare parts were identified through the judgement by time, cost, failure frequency……, the case show the good econoimc valure.This paper gives the direction for the improvement of the equipment maintenance management work in the plastice and metal mould industry. The study can help the related company raise the competitiveness in the market, found the sustainable development.
