With economic development,China’s increasingly high level of urbanization,a large number of rural labor force into the city to work,live,and the traditional advantages of household contract responsibility system has subsided,because the land is too low income,large farmers are no longer part of intensive,some even choose abandonment,moderate transfer of land has become a top priority.Land stock cooperative system has been carried out by the practice in some areas proved to be an effective way of rural land scale operation,but the current land transfer form is still in the experimental and exploratory stage,inevitably there are a variety of problems.Only by addressing the many problems of land stock cooperative system and its improvement,to make the land stock cooperative system play the biggest role.Therefore,the impact of farmers to participate in this study factors affecting land stock cooperative system,land stock cooperative system for solving problems in practice,it has a certain significance.On the basis of existing theoretical research,through the Xuyi section has been added to the land stock cooperative system of villagers conducted a questionnaire survey,analyzed the current situation in the land stock cooperative system development,individual characteristics of farmers,external organizational behavior and herein and other aspects of the system to farmers to join Mastery stock cooperative system and the factors influencing the impact,but also by building Logistic model,quantitative study was significant correlation between the factors and the impact of,and finally come to the following conclusions:(1)regression analysis concluded that the proportion of income sources and household labor force headed occupation,family is the greater impact of three factors,which,farmers are willing to join a source of income and family land stock cooperative system was positively correlated with sources of household income was positively correlated,negatively correlated with the proportion of family labor was.Other family population,whether abandoned,the village collective attitude,although not significant,but there is a big influence.(2)Based on the above data and analysis,we believe that the following measures should be taken to achieve long-term development of the land share cooperation system:to improve the cultural quality of the farmers,headed the higher education level,the more inclined to join the land stock cooperative system;continue establish and improve the land stock cooperative system of regulations and policies and operational mechanisms to enable it to function properly;good pilot leading role,in order to point to promote,in the early conduct a full investigation and study,you can pilot the conditions are ripe place,promotion experience gained;local governments do a good job guidance and advocacy work,it is still in the land stock cooperative system to achieve large-scale land operation of this form of spontaneous stage,needs the guidance of the government to regulate the actual operation problems;sound perfect the social security system,increase policy support and funding,and actively develop social welfare,social relief and minimum living security undertakings to expand coverage and improve security standards.
