Study On The Decision-making Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Land Management Right Transfer In Zhongba Town,Shiqian County

Land is the foundation of farmers’ happiness,the bridge of national development and the foundation of national development.Grasping the land problem is the key to solve the "three rural" problems.Boosting farmers’ income and development plays an important role.Therefore,land circulation has always been a hot issue concerned by the state and all sectors of society.Taking farmers in Zhongba Town,Shiqian County,Guizhou Province as the research object,through literature research and field investigation,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of land transfer in Zhongba Town,empirically analyzes the influencing factors of farmers’ decision-making behavior of land management right transfer by using logistic binary regression model,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the efficiency of land transfer in Zhongba town combined with typical cases.This study consists of six parts: the first part focuses on the research background and research review at home and abroad;The second part combs and summarizes the relevant key concepts and theoretical basis;The third part mainly makes a descriptive analysis of farmers’ land transfer behavior in Zhongba Town,Shiqian County,Guizhou,including the current situation of agricultural development,farmers’ personal characteristics,basic family characteristics,land transfer characteristics and existing problems;The fourth part is the core part of this study,which mainly makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of farmers’ decision-making behavior of land management right transfer in Zhongba Town,Shiqian County.By selecting200 sample farmers from four villages of Changpo village,wantun village,Hedong Village and Shuangxi village as the research object,combined with the first-hand data obtained from the field survey,the logistic binary regression model is used to verify the important factors affecting farmers’ decision-making behavior of land management right in Zhongba town,The results show that among the 12 variables selected,the age of household head,the proportion of agricultural income and the cognition of land social security function have a negative correlation with farmers’ land transfer decision-making behavior,while education,awareness of land transfer policy and land transfer price have a positive correlation with farmers’ land transfer behavior;The fifth part is the case analysis and experience reference,analyzes the successful cases of land transfer in rural areas of Southwest China,and summarizes the land transfer experience that can be used for reference by farmers in Zhongba town.The sixth part puts forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: strengthening the publicity of land policy,strengthening education and training,perfecting policies and regulations and perfecting the rural social security system.
