Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Land Trust Intention In Shouyang County

Agriculture is an important cornerstone of the national economy and occupies an important position in the national economy.As an important means of organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,agricultural production trusteeship service plays an important role in realizing organic combination between small farmers and modern agriculture.The report to the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should consolidate and improve the basic rural management system,develop a new type of rural collective economy,develop a new type of agricultural business and social services,and develop an appropriate scale of agricultural management.Although the current household contract responsibility system is conducive to liberating rural labor force and promoting rural development,it also faces many limitations,such as: scattered household management,land waste and so on;Land trusteeship is a more flexible,sustainable and scientific agricultural management mode,which can help farmers better integrate into the modern agricultural industry structure.Land trusteeship is beneficial to innovate the way of agricultural land utilization,integrate and optimize agricultural resources,and effectively solve the problem of "who will farm land".This paper takes Shouyang County as the research area,using literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods,through the combination of field research and literature reading,summarizing the situation of land trust in Shouyang County,and digging out the experience and lessons,so as to better guide the future development.The descriptive statistical analysis of the sample data was carried out,and the Logistic model was used to calculate the selected factors.The analysis results showed that there were 9 factors with significant influence.They are respectively the satisfaction of land trusteeship service,whether the price of land trusteeship is reasonable,the mode of land trusteeship,the health status of the main labor force in the family,the understanding degree of relevant laws and policies of land trusteeship,the reasons for choosing land trusteeship,whether there are local preferential policies of land trusteeship,financial and financial support,and the payment method of land trusteeship.Based on the analysis results and combined with the specific situation of Shouyang County,seven countermeasures and suggestions were put forward: improving the service level of trusteeship organizations,improving the relevant policies and regulations of land trusteeship,promoting the whole-process trusteeship,increasing the financial support,innovating the land trusteeship mode,strengthening the supervision of land trusteeship,and improving the education level of farmers.
