Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers’Willingness To Jion Share Cooperation System Of Rural Land

With enhance of the urbanization level and transfer of a lot of rural labor force, the disadvantages of traditional family contract responsibility system has become vestigial. The agricultural income is too low and farmers are no longer full-time farming,which make that land isn’t carefully cultivated.even abandoned.Hence it is urgent for the agricultural development of our country to promote the transfer of land and realize moderate scale management of rural land.Share cooperation system of rural land (SCSRL)was proved by farmers’practice,which is currently an effective form of scale management of rural land and optimized model of land system reform in our country.But SCSRL is still in its exploration and pilot stage. there are lots of problems in process of practice.To gradually improve the SCSRL and to bring advantage of its system into play by exploring and solving those problems,become an important issue for us. Therefore, it has important significance to reveal problems appeared in implement of SCSRL and improve it. by studying on factors affecting farmers" willingness to join the SCSRLIn this paper,based on the study on domestic and foreign literature and related theories.we theoretically analyze the possible impact of internal factors and external factors on farmers’ willingness to join the SCSRL.Then, on the base of peasant household’ survey of Sancha town in Xiaogan city, By using the logistic model analysis and intention analysis,we conduct an empirical study on influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to join the SCSRL and try to reveal the new bottlenecks and problems that appear in implementation of SCSRL.Finally, the following main research conclusion are drawn:(1) Level of economic development is increasing in Sancha town.The transfer degree of rural surplus labor is high.The situation that the head of the household is part-time is common,and family income source of the most of farmers mainly comes from the secondary industry and tertiary industry. In general, farmers have the desire for joining the SCSRL.But yearly bonus that famers obtained from local SCSRL is far below farmers" expectation,and farmers question operating of SCSRL.(2) The result of logistic model regression appeared:the cultural level of peasants^the career of peasants^family’s main source of income、The behavior of abandoning land、 the attitude of the village collective are positively correlated with farmers’ willingness to join the SCSRL,family population、the proportion of family labor are negatively correlated with farmers’willingness. Other factors are week correlation with the farmers’ willingness,even no-correlative. In addition, through intention analysis,the social security is also a key factor that affects farmers’ willingness to join SCSRL.(3)According to the above qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper argues that following measures should be adopted:respecting farmers’subjective willingness,following the principle of orderly proceeding and suiting the measure to local conditions in process of implementing SCSRL;establishing and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations about SCSRL; Meanwhile,increasing investment in eduction and vocational training in rural areas; enlarginge the coverage of rural social security, enhancing the standard of social security, and relaxing management of the household registration, in order to reduce the cost that farmers stay in city, lower their reliance on the security function of land and improve farmers’ willingness to join SCSRL, and finally realize the long-term development of SCSRL system...
