Key Technologies Of Traceability System For The Whole Industry Chain Of Live Hogs Based On RFID Technology

Currently, due to the general hysteresis information of industry, the low integrity and accuracy of breeding, slaughtering and processing, transporting and product selling as well as the lacking relevance of theirs'traceability information lead to an urgent problem needed to be resolved, that is the tracking of the live hogs'traceability information. This essay intends to carry out a plan to track the live hogs productions'traceability information and realize the information data tracking of breeding, slaughtering and processing, transporting and selling.By analyzing the traceability system's structure and combining the key technology, such as radio frequency identification, data synchronization, database technology and wireless network.etc to develop the traceability system of the whole pig industry chain. Though the analysis of different characteristics of the key technology,This paper proposed a fully plan for traceability system of the whole pig industry chain to ensures the accuracy, safety and storing information's timely and accurately during the process of the key information collection of the whole pig industry chain's tracking.Based on the collision problem that produces in interacting the multiple tags with reader simultaneously as well as the information redundancy and low search efficiency of binary search algorithm, this paper carries out an improved binary algorithm that avoid collision. Though adjusting the reader'transmission instructions dynamically and building the recognition tree by using tag collision bit to significantly reduce the interactions and transmitted data volume between the readers and tags, The algorithm improve the efficiency of tag identification effectively.Constructing the system of the whole live hogs industry chain. The whole live hogs traceability system is consist of some management subsystems, including information management subsystem, pig breeding information management subsystem, slaughter and processing information management subsystem, circulation and transportation information management subsystem, product sales information management subsystem. On account of the application subsystem of C/S mode, This system applies C# basic language to manage the data information of whole live hogs industry in every link and uses SQL Server2008 database security storage traceability information to ensure the information of every link can upload to center server in a safety, timely and accurately way.
