The Current Condition,Problems And Solutions Of The Food Safety Traceability System

Food safety relates to people’s wellbeing. Food safety tracing system is an effective guarantee to public health and the safety of life. A number of food safety standards we re rolled out to safeguard food security, as China is trying to be in line with international practice. Standards of traceability in food safety play a very important role in improvin g supervision level of food safety in China.In this paper, we find out the problems and operating difficulties of the existing sys tem through analyzing examples on Suzhou pork circulation tracing system. The reason s for these problems are analyzed by using the methods of comparative and comprehens ive analysis. This paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to these problems fro m the institution, management, technology, society perspective. Suzhou pork circulation tracing system provides a reference for the establishment of food safety tracing system.
