Research On Rural Old-age Security Model In Underdeveloped Areas

Since Chinese reform and opening up,due to the improvement of medical treatment and the implementation of the one-child policy,China will become the country to age before it gets rich.According to the “China’s rural elderly population and its age security: Challenges and Prospects” which is released by World Bank in 2012 said,by 2030,the elderly dependency ratio will reach 34.4 percent in rural areas,the gap between urban and rural elderly population dependency ratio will be 13 percent in 2030.For a long period of an ageing population inversion phenomenon between urban and rural areas makes aging in rural areas is more serious,its pension status is also more worthy of attention.Along with China’s industrialization and urbanization process,the farmers of fertility decline,population mobility increased,so change the traditional concept of retirement gradually weakened the family pension security features.Adapt to this changing situation demands,rural endowment from family pension mode to social endowment patterns become inevitable trend.Paper through on-the-spot investigation and study,analyzes the economic underdeveloped regions in rural endowment situation and difficulties,needs of rural residents endowment,trying to build diversified rural old-age security system.And put forward the economic principles of endowment patterns of development in less developed areas,from stable family endowment,promoting community endowment,vigorously develop social endowment from three aspects,puts forward concrete countermeasures and Suggestions of building diversified pension model.How to construct the rural old-age security model the subject,the thesis is divided into four most: the first part is the first and second chapters,the first chapter is introduction,mainly introduced the background of the selected topic significance,and the establishment of the literature review,research methods and framework of building.The second chapter defines the related concepts of rural old-age security,analyzes the theoretical basis of rural old-age security;The second part is the third chapter,based on the field investigation in Quzhou county,Hebei province,mainly analyzes the Quzhou county rural old-age security model of supply and demand present situation and the existing problems,and points out the rural traditional family old-age security function weakened,but the shortage of social old-age security model of social reality.The third part is the fourth and fifth chapters,the fourth chapter mainly through the analysis of Quzhou county in Hebei province in recent years to cope with the aging crisis has done some beneficial exploration practice,obtained some experience in the process of practice.Chapter v summarizes the old-age security model of developed countries and thinking,for our country’s economy less developed areas to provide experience for the construction of rural old-age security system;The fourth part is the sixth chapter,the paper analyzes the economic underdeveloped regions in the basic principles of rural old-age security system construction,from stable family endowment,promoting community endowment,vigorously develop social endowment from three aspects,puts forward concrete countermeasures and Suggestions of building diversified pension model.
