To Research How To Make China's Rural Area Social Endowment Security System More Perfect From The Traditional Culture Side Of The Old-age Care

In the process of the thousands of years development of Chinese history, family look after is the main way to the old-ager. But nowadays,for the aging of the population,on one hand, the old-ager care function of the family is weaker and weaker, on the other hand, the social old-age care system have a lot of problems. So, no guarantee life becomes a very severe question for the old peasants and becomes a restrict factor of Chinese rural economy and society development. In recent years, people from all circles of society pay more attention to the problem of rural old-age security.This article puts the practice of the scientific development concept in depth and building a harmonious socialist society as the background, based on thousands of years of history, culture and the actual situation in our country, makes use of interdisciplinary analysis, historical analysis, cultural analysis of the system, analysis of the contradictions of our country old-age security cultural in rural areas to conduct historical analysis, the next of our existing old-age security old-age home, society and community-based old-age pension in rural were analyzed separately, and through a comparative analysis of Eastern and Western culture on the impact of the social security system, the experience of the East Asian Country and Western welfare state give us a useful lesson to improve the old-age security system in rural areas. On this basis, this article improved some proposals to completed China's rural old-age security system from the traditional culture and the psychology expect of farmers in the general trend of socialization. The government should focus on and maintain the function of old-age family look after, relying on mutual legal assistance in family culture and set up old-age "family account", to establish treatment enjoyment mechanism,and in accordance with the cultural and resource characteristics to set up a diversified financing mechanisms for the old-agers. Also we should try to find a new mechanism in communities, set up a model of "family-like society" Moreover, in order to cover the cultural and moral shortcomings, we should strengthen legislation, improve supervision.
