A Study On Socialendonment Security Of Six Administrative Villages In Shahe City Hebei Province

The report of 17th congress points out clearly:"we shall establish a social security system for covering both urban and rural residents, safeguarding the people's basic life and promoting urban and rural development."In order to carry out the science development view, shorten the gap, the party and country begin to take endowment insurance seriously. Safeguard the basic life of the old farmers' to stabilize the society. It has a vital significance to construct the harmonious society.With the increasing of the elderly population, the old problems become the social focus. More than 70 percent of the population is in rural, over 60 has amounted to more than 8,000 people, they are always be ignored by the family and social, then it become the bottleneck of long-term stability and development in rural areas. So, It is particularly important to pay attention to the elder people problem in rural areas. The article combined with the condition of the elder people of six village of the Cause the growing number of elderly social and economic problems to become the Sha-he in Hebei province, further researching the living situation of the social security of the elder people and then summarizing the actual date and materials ,It looks forward to give some actual date and suggestions of social security for academic.In the first part of my article, it is analyzed and further understand social security situation at home and abroad with the aid of some practical date. This paper adopts literature and actual survey materials were analyzed.The second part is to elderly Sha-he six administrative villages in Hebei province social security status and existing problems were analyzed and studied. The third part is to analize and research the aspects of material life and mental situation of the rural elder people.The fourth part is to propose the countermeasures and suggestions, according to the low condition material life and lacking of taking care in aspects of physical and mental.The fifth part is the conclusion. Through the thinking and researching the social security problems of the elder people of six village of the Sha-he, trying to find the methods and means ,to solve the problems of the elder people .thus establishing and improving the system of social security of rural elder people in our society, to building a harmonious and developed society eventually.
