Study On Moderate Scale Management Of Agriculture In Tai’an City

Chinese agriculture civilization has a long history and has a natural advantage in the development of agricultural scale operation.Nowadays,Chinese agricultural emergences many new issues under the impact of market economy.For example,small family land management and modernization of the contradiction between the large agricultural machinery,the impact of cheap foreign agricultural products,the loss of rural labor force,the contradiction between the existing land circulation mechanism and Land scale management,etc.The development of agriculture in China is in a state of stagnation for this series of new issues.How to break the deadlock so that agricultural production once again rejuvenated,moderate scale land operation is a good choice.Agricultural production and the scale of operations is a mode of operation,which is to improve agricultural productivity through agricultural production elements of scale,and thus enhance the level of agricultural modernization.Many parts of China are actively exploring effective form of scale,which will form a number of characteristic patterns suitable for the actual situation on the ground,as the crane Junxian Group mode,operating mode collectivization Jinxi Town.Taian has good natural conditions,the flat,fertile soil,suitable for agricultural development,as the country’s major grain production base.Meanwhile,Taian has convenient transportation,as well as agricultural science and technology and agricultural infrastructure continue to invest for the development of modern agriculture to provide the necessary conditions.In this paper,the status of agricultural development and agricultural scale operation in Tai’an city were analyzed,and the achievements of the scale development of agriculture in Tai’an city in recent years were summarized.Also found that there is a moderate scale operation of agriculture in Tai’an City,including the lack of funding of agricultural inputs,land transfer level is relatively low,the social security system is imperfect,the relatively low degree of industrialization of agriculture and other issues.In this paper,combined with the actual situation in Tai’an City,using the classic model and research results at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to further promote the appropriate scale management of agriculture in Tai’an city.This management strategies are promoting agricultural production elements forms of investment;improve land circulation mechanism;try to form large-scale production and innovation;scientific division of the scale of the regional and area;perfect supporting service system.
