The manufacturing industry as the vanguard of China's economic development,has contributed GDP to the economic development of the country,especially the pharmaceutical industry,in the contribution of GDP,but also for the public health and health products.A pharmaceutical company as an important enterprise in the industry,has been in the "five eleven" period,with a prominent record into the domestic market leader.But in the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period,due to various reasons,such as,the state further relaxation of market access mechanism;further implementation of the new medical reform policy based drug price;a new version of the GMP standard certification;comprehensive reform of the state-owned enterprise system;and enterprise marketing team and channel tube and existing vulnerabilities,management concept is relatively backward,making a pharmaceutical company is facing many problems and challenges in marketing.Firstly,the theory of the marketing foundation are summarized,followed by the introduction of a pharmaceutical company's basic situation,marketing situation and existing related issues,and the problem the reason carries on the system analysis,and points out corresponding marketing strategies and safeguard measures for a pharmaceutical company.
