The policy of reform and opening-up brought great changes that have taken place in China,the change of the system promoted the development of economy,and the development of the economy promoted that the people has changed conception;more people pursued their own development in their performance,and paid more attention to career planning,when the existing work can not meet the development of personal will,without the constraints of the system,the personnel flow became a common phenomenon.How the enterprise can attract talents and keep talents through the employee’s career management.The business circles and theory are discussed the main questions that not only satisfy the demand of enterprise human resources,and can satisfy the employees’ career needs and achieve the balance between both,and realize the enterprise,employees of common development,also the questions make the small and medium-sized enterprise pay the general attention to the career management.This paper studied the company that is a high-tech feed enterprises and the company also is facing such a problem:that is how to realize enterprise and employee win-win,and how to establish suitable for enterprise career management system.Based on the related theory of career that is introduced in this paper and the paper regarded it as a starting point that based on the H company’s development and the present situation of human resources management of career management,by using the theory and method of career,the H company career management was thoroughly analysised presented situation,also this paper revealed the H company career in the present situation and the main problems and reasons.On this basis,the career management system was designed,namely the construction and enterprise culture,technology effect management phase matching career system.At the same time the paper put forward the feasible safeguard measures.Through this thesis research,we hope to help in the new market environment of H company fill in career key link some blank,in order to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises,and promote enterprise’s sustainable development. |
