The key to business competition in modern society is the competition for talent in the final analysis.Employees are the most important and precious human resource.The key issue facing Chinese power companies is how to activate the potential of their employees and tap their value to create more profits for the company.At present,under the background of national major development strategies and industries presenting simultaneous promotion.pumped storage enterprises are also gradually accelerating their development under the excellent environment of further accelerating new energy layout and optimizing power grid structure.These enterprises are also facing opportunities and challenges for the management of their employees.Human resource development and management are not been highly valued in the pumped energy enterprises,and the defective system of the development of the talents is the key reason which restricts their progress.This thesis takes the D pumped storage company as the object of the research,and conduct the research on the situation of the development and management of those employees career,and analysis those questions in the development of the talents,and propose the the corresponding solutions by using the knowledge of career development management,so as to optimize the staff development management system.The pumped storage enterprises are the new energy enterprises,with the operation and development of pumped storage projects,the enterprises need a high quality,good character and efficient workforce urgently,so the cultivation of the talents is particularly important.However,in the actual work,managers did not pay adequate attention to the development of the employees,and the career planning system is not perfect,the hierarchy of the companys management is unclear,and the promotion just has one single orientation,and the personnel development and growth is not smooth,all these issues are caused by the inadequate management of employee career development,so the career development system of the D company needs to be further optimized.Based on the study of relevant domestic and foreign literature,this thesis analyzes the problems of Company D and clarifies the significance of career development management with the help of career interest theory and career development stage theory,using literature research method,interview method and questionnaire method.This study analyzes the work characteristics of managerial,technical and skilled employees and their individual promotion needs in Company D respectively,and designs a career development management system.A scientific and feasible career development management plan is customized for D company’s management,technology and skills employees according to their work characteristics and needs for personal development space,to help employees to conduct self-analysis,to identify their career development goals,to make them to plan and implement actions,and gradually establish a career planning system for employees.The optimized system can expand the career development channels of management,skill and technical talents,and establish a multi-channel management mechanism for administrative positions,staff ranks and expert talents;improve the job qualification system.This thesis provides a scientific and effective employee career development management system for Company D.It applies management theory to corporate practice and provides support for employee career development management,and form characteristics in the employee management of energy storage enterprises,and further enhance employees positivity and work efficiency,and activate the internal motivation of the enterprise,and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Use strategy of the talents to promote enterprises to achieve greater economic benefits. |
