At present, career development and management has become an extremely important work in modern human resources management as well as development trends, and many companies start to recognize doing it well has two implications in promoting organizational development and individual career development. It is the key for enterprise sustainable development to abtain and retain talent and give full play their strengths effectively. Career management concepts are integrated into human resource management practice in some enterprises, which take some effects, however most companies usually stress the career management part of the strategies and means of application without establishing follow-up tracking, feedback to improve the measures or the corporate culture and other environmental support systems, resulting in the organization's career management falls short of expectations of the desired effect, even worse misconductings of handling the details sometimes can lead to many negative effects and employee resistance .The paper, drawing on and integrating domestic and foreign researches, analyzes JHYL employee career management status and issues, which starts from the relative concept definitions of career management and theoretical researches of career management ,taking JHYL as the research object and combining companies'human resources strategy, tactics and actual operating conditions, organizational state of development, staff career management status and so on. It points out that career management is essentially a dynamic cycle of system in an organizational pointview, which needs to organize a variety of resources to support and have a certain degree of theoretical knowledge, especially to organize and plan sustainedly employee career, guidance, analysis and adjustment, such as the entry guidance, career development planning, and flexible career path mechanisms, occupational transformation system to achieve planned step by step to realize rhythmic career management. This paper presents a comprehensive and further development of the JHYL's career management concept, hoping to play a practical guiding significance to the career management of JHYL.The Paper is made up of four chapters, and the main content and structure shows as follows: Chapter 1, Introduction, the chapter outlines the thesis research background, significance and research methods and frame structure; Chapter 2, career management theory foundation, the chapter introduced people - post match theory, career development stage theory and the career anchor theory were mainly introduced in this section; Chapter 3 introduces the JHYL's basic conditions, career management status and problem analysis; Chapter 4 , according to the perfection and development of JHYL Employees Occupational career management proposals, presented certain operational advice and implementation., which starts from the discussion employee's career process and its associated regime. The conclusion pointed that it is the basic principles of the employees career management to the realize the win-win of individuals and the organizations all the time, under the guidance of which, JHYL employee career management theory and practice will be developed and improved ceaselessly, promoting the enterprise's progress and development thereby.
