| With the development of economy and the improvement of People’s living standard,the dairy industry has changed.J company is facing the challenge of duopoly and the rise of local enterprises,although the enterprise has already established the system of employee’s career development channel,there are many problems in the actual operation process,which lead to the obstruction of employee’s career development channel and the low degree of satisfaction to career development,the talent echelon construction inside the enterprise is also affected,which can not provide long-term,stable and sustainable talent guarantee for the realization of the Enterprise’s strategic goal,establish a set of scientific and realistic employee career development channel system.First of all,this paper reviews the research status and theoretical achievements of career,career planning,career anchor,career path and career path system.Through questionnaire and interview,the author finds out four problems in the process of J Company’s current Employee Career Development Channel implementation: traditional concept is limited,professional channel talent development is restricted;The evaluation standard of Career Development Channel is not clear,the evaluation process is not perfect,the career development channel is difficult to interconnect,the satisfaction of Career Development Channel is low,the space and motivation of career development are insufficient.For problems identified,the goal of the optimized design of employee career development channel is to meet the needs of self-realization,improve human efficiency of human resource management,become the guarantee of group strategy and set up the benchmark of industry career development management.In order to achieve this goal,through the optimized measures of“One premise,four mechanisms” of career development channel,promote“Organizational perfection,objective evaluation,promotion and responsibility,dynamic management”,this initiative can solve the problems of evaluation criteria,evaluation process and inter-communication of Career Development Channel.This paper also puts forward that we should create a talent development atmosphere through the construction of enterprise culture,and set up supporting measures from both individual and organizational levels to help employees set up the concept of dual career development,and then enhance employee satisfaction,ensure the effective operation of employee career development channel system.This paper hopes to find and solve the bottleneck problem that restricts the career development of J Company’s employees by optimizing the two-channel system of employee career development,so as to retain talents and realize the goal of win-win between employee career development and company development,at the same time for the dairy industry and even fast-selling industry talent retention,training and development of ideas and reference. |
