He that will do his work well must first sharpen his tools,t he equipment is the guarantee of the quality and efficiency of an enterprise.Society is developing with each passing day,technology is updated in real time,and equipment is not only developing in the direction of advanced,sophisticated,but also in the direction of Internet of things,intelligence,integration and so on.How t o use a scientific way,with a small investment to obtain a large return,it is necessary to manage equipment from two dimensions of technology and economy.Equipment procurement and daily operation management need a lot of manpower and material resources,how to efficiently and orderly management of equipment is very important for enterprises.In short,today’s equipment to exceed people’s imagination of progress and development,so how to better carry out equipment management is a topic worth studying.Under the guidance of lean management,this paper studies the development and current situation of lean management at home and abroad,and analyzes the complex environment of Changde Tobacco Machinery Company.Paper introduces in detail the company’s basic situation and the organization structure,equipment status,main process equipment management operation and fault condition,analyses the reason of fault happened,puts forward the three major problems existing in the equipment management,full participation is low,the whole process of equipment management are disadvantages and equipment management system needs to improve the management mechanism,The reasons for the problems in equipment management are analyzed.Aiming at the current situation of equipment management,the objectives and principles of equipment management optimization were set up.Based on lean management,the improvement plan of equipment operation management was designed,the process of equipment maintenance point inspection was optimized,the lean subject management was carried out,and the system of independent and professional equipment preservation was established and improved.Define the requirements and functions of equipment management platform of Changde Tobacco Machinery Company,establish equipment spot inspection management system,and carry out dynamic management of equipment life cycle.In order to smoothly carry out the project,Changde Tobacco machinery Company actively prepare for the project,set up relevant institutions,provide resources from the aspects of materials and systems,establish and improve the project assessment methods.After the implementation of the project,the company insisted on using PDCA for continuous improvement and guaranteed the implementation of the program from three aspects of intelligence,talent incentive and cultural support.In view of the actual situation of Changde Tobacco Machinery Company,combined with the characteristics of the industry environment,the equipment optimization scheme and implementation strategy based on lean management proposed in this paper not only provides a reasonable basis for the company’s equipment management practice,but also provides a strong guarantee for the company’s development.In addition,this paper also ho pes to provide some help and reference for other machinery manufacturing enterprises to explore development paths and methods.
