With China's entry into WTO, the tobacco trade is becoming part of world's economy. Under the increasingly severe domestic and international competitive situation, the tobacco trade is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities for market. Changing the administrative monopolization into service monopolization, the customer-centered service consciousness is growing up. Under that situation, it seems very important for the tobacco trade to bring the customer-centered CRM into effect. To the tobacco trade, they can hold their current clients and serve them better through the CRM. In addition, they can partake of information and optimize the business process; hence the operational cost can be reduced effectively.The paper researchs interrelated theories and technology of CRM, and introduces the concept of Visual Customer Relationship Management (VCRM), which implements spatialization(including spatial data analysis and spatial visualization) of informations in tabacco industry such as service provider,customers and service.Considering the characteristic of the totacoo industry,VCRM system realizes vehicle's track and attemper making using of GPS technoloty in order to resolve the problem in distribution and check in time.Using the data bind funtion of GIS component MapX,it can associate map data with attibute data accessed in relational database.As a result,all data and mode,such as customers' basic informations and sale ect.are shown to users as a spatial visualization making use of 3G technology. Thus it will improve users'ability to master the mode and data in visualization form,and It is helpful to mine spatial phenomena,courses and rules in VCRM system to serve enterprise management and decision.and it will serve enterprise's decision-making.Based on the theory research,the paper carries on detailed analysis and...
