In themain function area, Tianquan county belongs restricted development zones, she hassuperior natural resource endowment, Rich biodiversity and the agriculturalecological environment is very sensitive. How to coordinate post-disasterreconstruction of agriculture and ecological environment is the key point ofreconstrction. Furthermore, the affected areas of Wenchuan earthquake has similarareas with Lushan earthquake, the interval between two earthquakes is only5years, itis a serious blow to the people’s initiative in the disaster area reconstruction and addsthe arduousness of reconstruction of agriculture. This study proposes some measuresfor agricultural reconstruction of Tianquan county by collecting the existing research,analyzing the situation of agriculture, learning the experiment of post-disasteragricultural reconstruction from other countries or districts.
