Research On Innovation Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension Service System In Qingzhou City

Agricultural science and technology played a very important role in agricultural economic development.With the continuous development of rural social economy,people need more agricultural science and technology.So the requirement for agricultural science and technology service system construction is becoming more and more high.Practice has proved that the traditional pattern of the government-led agricultural technology can't service to the new rural economic situation and the problems as well as before.Therefore,adapting to the new era under the new situation of agriculture and rural economic development,meeting the agricultural economy development to the new requirement of the agricultural science and technology,innovating of agricultural technology extension service mode,and building a more perfect agricultural science and technology service system are of great significance to promote the development of rural economy development,rural revitalization strategy implementation and fully realize the agricultural modernization.With a solid agricultural foundation and distinctive development characteristics,and a relatively perfect service system of agricultural science and technology,Qingzhou city in Shandong province has made great contributions to the development of agriculture and rural areas.However,with the rapid development of agricultural science and technology and the overall implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,farmers have put forward higher requirements for the width,depth and breadth of agricultural science and technology services.Under the new situation,the traditional system is difficult to meet the new requirements.Therefore,it is a realistic and urgent proposition to innovate the service mode of agricultural science and technology extension and perfect the service system of agricultural science and technology in Qingzhou.In this paper,there are a total of five parts.On the basis of summarizing and reviewing relevant research achievements at home and abroad,the basic concepts involved in the paper are defined and the basic theories applied in the paper are explained.Then,taking the current development of domestic and foreign agricultural science and technology service system as the reference,based on the actual situation,the demands for agricultural science and technology in Qingzhou city are systematically analyzed with a variety of research methods.Additionally,the paper also makes an in-depth empirical study on the agricultural science and technology service system in Qingzhou.This paper has analyzed the advantages,problems,opportunities and challenges of the construction of agricultural science and technology service system in Qingzhou city.Based on the analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the innovation of agricultural science and technology service system are put forward.It is believed that the improvement of the agricultural science and technology service system in Qingzhou must be based on the innovation of development ideas,the renewal of service concepts,the reform of institutions and mechanisms,the expansion of capital channels and the innovation of the construction of agricultural science and technology personnel.
