The Research On The Management Of Government Invested Projects

Yuzhong Distric,Chongqing,China,located in the intersection between Yangtze River and Jialing River,which looks like a island.Yuzhong District is one of the most famous centra l areas of Chongqing,which consists of nine zones.Yuzhong District is also the main area of political management,culture education,economic development and commercial trade.Great progress have gained with the endeavor of all citizen once the Chongqing municipality was established.Moreover,the government investment project administration is critical to the development speed of economy and other aspects excepting for the attempt of civil servant.The thesis was completed based on summaries of many literatures.Many theories related to the government investment were integrated.The concept,category and their characteristics of the government investment project administration were introduced.The content and task of government investment project administration were given as well.The theoretical principles of government investment project administration were summarized.All of aforementioned were the basis of government investment project administration of Yuzhong District.The method of comparative analysis was exploited.Many excellent cases of the government investment project administration used by developed countries were referred,and their features were given.The shortcoming,existed in the process of Yuzhong Distric government investment project administration,were exposed with the comparison of the saved data.Then,some valuable advices,corresponding to the existing drawbacks were given for the Yuzhong Distric government investment project administration,which would improve the efficiency of government administration,and give a guideline for a method of Yuzhong Distric government investment project administration.(1)Strengthen the supervision system construction during the project implementation process;(2)Reform of project management system further;(3)To optimize the exisiting modes;(4)The implementation of government investment project accountability.
