Plateau summer vegetables are named because they are planted on the plateau,sowing in spring and harvest in summer and autumn.The plateau region has adequate illuminations,large temperature difference between day and night.And vegetables have high organic content,which makes it a natural and excellent quality.Superior natural conditions and traffic conditions are very suitable for planting plateau summer vegetables.After 20 years of development,Yuzhong county plateau summer vegetable industry has achieved the transformation from small to large,from weak to strong,from quantitative to qualitative,from scattering to branding.With the rapid development of plateau summer vegetables' industry in Yuzhong county,the vegetable is gradually implemented,and the plateau summer vegetables commercialization and scale degree are deepening.The plateau summer vegetables cost-benefit is highlighting some difficulties and problems to be solved.Therefore,exploring the plateau summer vegetables cost-benefit,studies the influence factors of its input and output and the cost-benefit comparison of different perspectives,to increase the economic benefits of plateau summer vegetable production,increasing farmers income.It is a great significance to the development of the plateau summer vegetable industry in Yuzhong county.This thesis is based on the Yuzhong county plateau summer vegetables planting situation,according to the cost-benefit theory of agricultural products,using literature study,interview,comparative analysis and other methods.It analyzes the cost-benefit of the plateau summer vegetables in Yuzhong county from different levels,different views.First of all,this paper establishes the idea,method and framework of comparative research on cost-benefit of highland summer vegetables in the premise of studying relevant literatures at home and abroad.Second,it is based on the social and economic development and agricultural development of Yuzhong county.This paper elaborates the development of the plateau summer vegetable industry in Yuzhong county from the aspects of geographical location,quality safety,green development and policy support.Third,according to the actual situation of the production of the plateau summer vegetables(cauliflower and kale)in Yuzhong county from 2014 to 2016,this thesis focuses on the analysis of the cost-benefit of the plateau summer vegetables.At the same time,the difference of cost-benefit between different mature plateau summer vegetables,different crops and different subjects of plateau summer vegetables was compared and analyzed.Finally,the paper concludes the conclusion of this paper and puts forward some suggestions to reduce the costs and increase the benefits of planting plateau summer vegetables.The conclusions are as follows: First of all,the development of plateau summer vegetables in Yuzhong county has gradually begun to scale,branding,marketization and science and technology.But,there is a relatively lack of technical personnel for the cultivation of plateau summer vegetables in Yuzhong county.Secondly,the plateau summer vegetables have highinput and high-yield characteristics in Yuzhong county.And the average total cost of cauliflower and cabbage in 2014-2016 was 4016.98 yuan/mu and 3396.79 yuan/mu,and the net profit was 2270.12 yuan/mu and 1745.81 yuan/mu.And the market information is not smooth,the sales channel is single.Thirdly,in the same year,the late season plateau summer vegetables have a better economic income.And,the average profit was 234.47 yuan/mu higher than the early season.Fourth,compared to other crops,plateau summer vegetables have a higher level of income.Fifth,the cost yield of farmers' professional cooperatives was 73.74%,the highest among the three business entities,compared with the ordinary farmers and professional farmers,the economic benefits of farmers' professional cooperatives are significant.Professional farmers and farmers' professional cooperatives indicate the cost pressure of initial investment.According to the conclusions,this thesis puts forward some suggestions as follows: strengthening government support and reducing the cost of production of plateau summer vegetables,increasing the cultivation of plateau summer vegetables' brand and promoting industrial upgrading,establishing a comprehensive market for the plateau summer vegetables trade,persisting in science and technology to prosper agriculture,promoting organization and scale operation,expanding the sales channels,promoting the Internet plus plateau summer vegetables,strengthening financial support for farmers.
