| Business Analysis system is an important part for a company under nowadays information volume.In recent years,a life-insurance company in Taiwan has rapidly grown,and its business steadily increased year by year.With the increase of business volume and the demand for the new insurance products,the original business analysis system is unable to meet the needs of the company's development and operation.In order to make better use of the company's business data,the Taiwan life-insurance company plans to build a new business analysis system.The new system will be able to integration and analysis company's business data,in accordance with the company's multi dimension analysis needs.Then it can provide business intelligence reports through a unified platform,to give accurate business report to the company.In order to have better implements,this project will use SAP products to complete the design and implementation for system solutions.Through the analysis of the current situation of the company's business system and the requirements from various departments of the company,a business intelligence data analysis system designed in this thesis.This analysis system completes the data integration of 12 independent business systems,and provides customized business analysis reports for 9 different departments.This project uses SAP BW as the data warehouse,SAP HANA as analysis database,SAP BusinessObjects as business intelligence reporting platform.In addition,the ETL part uses SAP Data Services,and dashboards made by SAP Design Studio.The completed system can extract business system data according to the specified time frequency and requirements.After the transformation in data warehouse and analysis in the analytic database,the result can be provided to end users via customized analysis reports.The whole system is logically divided into data extraction,data warehouse storage,data analysis and business intelligence reports based on the data flow,in plus with the authorization.This thesis discusses the system requirement analysis,architecture design,detailed design and implementation process of the business intelligence data analysis system.Through the requirements analysis and architecture design of the system,the author participated in the development of the ETL module,the data analysis model and business reports.Besides,the author also independently completed business intelligence reporting platform authorization.After the entire system goes live,the company will be able to use their own business data more effectively,to perform the analysis of history statistics and future trends,as well as the characteristics definition of key customers.Effectively enhance the profitability of the company with saving the human resource costs at the same time. |
