The Indepth Design And Deepening Implementation Of Business Management Analysis Systems

Now days, the development of information technology is a growing trend. It marks the level of the national productivity, but also determines the competitiveness and development trends. Currently, the information construction of the electricity production system has increasingly professional, but the management analyses still mainly rely on manual operation. Without an automatic supporting system is not only a hard labor and time-consuming, but also difficult to get the accurate data. Moreover, the data between various business systems cannot be effectively used, and it can’t provide useful information for the company. Data fusion and information analysis could be executed more effective with the Business Management Analysis System. It would support the initial business decision and information assistance.Business requirements and technical solutions for this system are firstly introduced in this paper, and then every analysis model of detail is described in this paper. Based on business requirements, the author has analyzed the existing business data and added three new function modules for three departments. They are the Budget Office, the Electricity Price Office and the Capital Office. In Budget Office, it focuses on displaying the indicators of monthly regular report. The result caused by price changes could be show in the Electricity Price Office which uses3-factor model. The basis of financial directions could be shown to managers though the Capital Office. The system is based on data warehouse, data mining, business intelligence and other technology. It completed background extracting and front desk interface development by using the ETL (Extraction, Transformation, Load) and Oracle BIEE (Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition).For that, the analysis system provides accurate, scientific, comprehensive data indicators for manager and showing the reasonable results for corporation. The author independently completed the following work:collected the survey questionnaire of the three departments, combing business logic, developing background ETL and front BIEE, the later period of the UAT (User Acceptance Test) test.The system already put online in August2011and received the positive feedback from users for helping them better understand the enterprise’s operating condition.
