In recent years,the "Internet +" concept is widely used in various industries.In 2011,Drunken Driving has been prohibited by National Legislation,which pushed the development of New Designated Driving Industry relying on Mobile phone App.The new Designated Driving Model brings many convenience on customer booking,company management,drivers receiving orders,and salary account.Meantime,more and more attention on its troubles,such as prat-time designated drivers' non-fixed working time,etc.These problems which caused by the industry's non-fixed operation style need to be resolved in short time.In this paper,the case research method,diagnosis method and investigation method will be used to do analysis,by study of relevant literature and articles on the management of part-time employees and designated driving companies,by studying of reports of internet-related industries in recent years.Shenyang Yuejia Designated Driving Company will be the observation target,and also do questionnaire research in designated-driving field,and the relevant operation data of the third party will be used too.First of all,explain the background and significance of this topic,by introducing the part-time staff management academic methods to find the existing weakness of the current theory.Secondly,from the political,economic,social,technical and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis of the driving environment of the industry.Thirdly,doing a brief introduction of Shenyang Yuejia Designated-driving Company,analyzing the existing problems in human resource management.At last,it puts forward countermeasures of the problems.
