Since 2014,when the State Council issued the Decision on Speeding Up the Development of Modern Vocational Education,vocational education has received wide attention,and teachers' resources with rich experience in industry enterprises and strong hands-on ability have become the key factors to promote the development of vocational education.Under such circumstances,China has put forward a new requirement for the structure of teachers' ranks in vocational colleges,which need to employ industry experts,technicians,etc.as part-time teachers to solve the disadvantage of insufficient practical ability of full-time teachers by strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises.At the same time,with the entry of enterprise technical personnel,S secondary vocational schools in the management of part-time teachers increasingly prominent problems,need to be solved.This study focuses on part-time teachers in S secondary vocational schools,uses literature research method,interview method and text analysis method to analyze the current situation of part-time teacher management in S secondary vocational schools,understands the current situation of part-time teacher management in schools,summarizes the existing problems and reasons in the management of part-time teachers in schools,and puts forward targeted suggestions on how to improve the management level of part-time teachers in S secondary vocational schools.The study found that the problems in the management of part-time teachers in S secondary vocational schools are: 1.The employment management of part-time teachers is not standardized,the structure of part-time teachers is unreasonable,the employment procedures are not scientific,and the form of employment is not standardized;2.Insufficient attention is paid to the systematic training of part-time teachers,there is no special training system,the training content is not comprehensive;3.The appraisal system is not standardized,the school does not have a specific appraisal system,the school's assessment method and content is unreasonable;4.The incentive mechanism is not perfect,the school does not have a clear incentive system,the school has almost no incentive for part-time teachers,the school does not pay much attention to the incentive of part-time teachers,lack of humanistic care,part-time teachers have no sense of belonging.The main reasons for these problems are: 1.The relevant laws and policies of the country are not perfect;2.The school management system is not perfect;3.Low level of business participation;4.Part-time teachers have a weak sense of identity.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of part-time teacher management in S secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions on how to improve the management level of part-time teachers in S secondary vocational schools: 1.Establish and improve the management system for part-time teachers;2.Actively absorb industry enterprises and technical personnel into the part-time teaching staff;3.Standardize the hiring process for part-time teachers;4.To carry out special training for part-time teachers;5.Set up a special part-time teacher assessment supervision system;6.Establish and improve the incentive mechanism for part-time teachers;7.Assist part-time teachers to complete identity conversion.
