Research On Schedule Planning And Control To 40M Marine Patrol Construction Project Of Shandong MSA

China's Maritime Safety Administration is the competent authority of China's offshore activity.Its major responsibility covers aquatic safety surveillance of coastal and inland waters,prevention of pollution,maritime rescue and water safety communication management on the basis of Maritime Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and Marine Environment Protection Law of the People's Repubic of China.Sea patrol vessels are the basic hardware of MSA,which react the ability of regulatory,rescue and emergency response.Therefore,on the premise of guarantee the quality of naval construction,to do a good work of site supervision to shorten the naval construction period with project management knowledge has a great significance to raise the level of MSA's law enforcement.In this paper,the main research contents and research results include:Summarize general situation of the research on the project schedule control at home and abroad and discuss the theory of the existing schedule management which covers the principle,process and method of construction schedule management.Then point out the importance of schedule control.This essay expounds the main process of ship construction and the key node briefly on the basis of Shandong 40m sea patrol vessels which I am involved.According to the Project progress steps,this paper describes working time assessment,draw a Gantt chart with Microsoft Office Project 2013.In addition,it analyzes the influence factors and deviation reason of project progress control and then puts forward measures.This paper proposes effective approach to the project schedule control of shipbuilding which would be verified in practical implementation.The research results of this paper can be used for reference in the vessel maintenance construction schedule control.
