| With the higher and higher investment of projects its wider and wider application, and the internal relationship within project becomes more and more complexe. The traditional management methods have no longer guaranteed the success of a project. So modern innovative concept of project management comes into being. Project planning, scheduling and controling, are the key elements of a successful PM, which also directly affect the project success.Firstly, based on the PM concepts under PDCA circle, the paper discusses systematically the general process of project plan, which includes five steps, analysis for environmental, opportunity and threaten identification, target setting, risk forecasting, plan set up. Then it also discusses the general process of schedule control, which including three steps, action preparing, process monitoring and controlling, project results evaluation. Meanwhile it also studied the feasible tools and methods used in project plan and schedule control, such as SWOT analysis, SWART principle, WBS etc. in this paper.Finally, the paper analyzes a case in one Silicon Corporation to search the way of processes of project plan and schedule control in corporation PM, and discuss how to improve and optimize the process capability by controlling the project plan and schedule, including systematic prevention measure i.e.FMEA risk evaluation, project transfer process capacity measurement, in order to shorten the time to market, and improve the company PM skill. |
