With the accelerating process of economic globalization the rapid growth of science and technology,the competition for talents has become more internationalized and intense.How to cultivate a strong talent team for organizations has become one of the key problems that feed enterprises concern most.As an effective way to cultivate talents,mentoring is an important way to cultivate and develop talents and to transfer accumulated knowledge,especially for industrial enterprises,mentoring is a precious system to train technicians mastering professional skills and having rapid growth in skilled jobs.This article takes a representative company Qingyun Company in the field of aviation industry as an example and conducts a study on industrial enterprises' use of mentoring to cultivate highly skilled talents by combining with the company's current actual situation.In this paper,through using documents research,inductive method and deductive method,we systematically collect and analyze some research production of mentoring at home and abroad,summarize the related concepts,functions,categories and the main influencing factors of mentoring.Collecting the first-hand information by field research,questionnaires and interviews analysis.With the scientific method of the statistical analysis can we find the reason of causing the current mentoring of the company and the related factors influencing the implementation effect of mentoring.This paper provides guiding principles and countermeasures for how to perfect implementation and innovation of mentoring based on the empirical research and by combining with the problems existing in mentoring and aiming at the related factors influencing the implementation effects of mentoring.The results provide guidance for company and other related industries on the implementation of mentoring in training talents.
