FAW Group is a large enterprise group with car manufacturing as the main business. Automotive products either as means of production or means of livelihood, their production and operation process covers various fields, production process, large product variety, complex technological process, advanced equipment, technology advances fast characteristic features, which also requires the product's producer to have a high cultural quality, good professional quality and outstanding operational skills.Wang Hongjun, and a number of talents in FAW are currently known in the automotive industry for their knowledge and skills-based operational personnel and as a group of talented business elite, but the operators, in terms of overall quality and rapid business development requirements to participate in international competition, still a need much improvement. There is a serious shortage of skilled personnel to perform complex technical jobs and the overall level of low technical quality needs to be improved.Enterprises have not done enough training of highly skilled personnel, and not formed a more highly skilled personnel incentive mechanism. Therefore, this thesis is focused on high-skilled technicians of the FAW and incentives. Under the theme of the FAW situation and problems of highly skilled personnel at home and abroad this thesis tries to explain the advanced experience of training , economics and management related to incentive theory, Including Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Achievement needs theory, Two-factor theory, Expectancy theory, Goal setting theory, and Comprehensive incentive theory, from the staff to meet individual needs, this thesis analyzes the factors that induce the formation of collection, and designs incentives process control, established business model of high-skilled personnel incentives, in this based on highly skilled personnel FAW incentive system design, so as to solve the shortage of highly skilled personnel FAW question the empirical application of the method.
