With the rapid development of China's power industry,the electricity market reforming changed the market environment,the leading customers convert Separate Purchasing to Centralized Bidding.It is not easy to forecast the customer requirements,this bring big trouble to normal operations of the firm,such as material purchasing,production and sales.The electric power automation equipment enterprises try to improve the operation mode and optimize supply chain management system continually to smooth negative effects away.At first this paper introduces the concept of mass customization and supply chain management.Mass customization(MC)can implement production tasks with low cost and high efficiency according to mass production,effectively meet customer personalized production at the same time,and make the enterprise more competitive.For this reason,it is an inevitable requirement to build a supply chain for mass customization to achieve customer satisfaction,and a good coupling of the supply chains is an inevitable way to achieve the goal of customization.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation and production mode of ZN company.ZN company need to change the operating mode of the past to meet the individual demand of customers to adapt the new environment.This paper discusses the reform from two aspects:the internal supply chain optimization and external supply chain optimization of ZN company.Study the help of these reforms to the company.Then discuss the internal supply chain optimization,the optimization of internal supply chain mainly discusses business restructuring.the use of modular design to optimize the BOM and postponement strategy to achieve mass customization.For this reason the push and pull supply chain optimization is used to reduce the manufacturing cost and lead time.External supply chain optimization is to subdivide the purchased materials,using the Kraljic matrix leads to a classification of the materials.Different strategies are used for these categories of suppliers.We need to discuss the role of these strategies in the supply chain optimization of sales,design,procurement,production,and supply.Use VMI to manage inventory to improve warehouse efficiency.In order to improve efficiency,part of the core competitiveness of outsourcing,Concentrating resources to strengthen core competitiveness and expand competitive advantage.Using CRM customer relationship management system to strengthen customer communication,Make full use of information sharing.Solving the problems caused by the lack of information sharing of the supply chain and optimizing it.The last part is the summary and Prospect.Performance comparison of ZN company before and after the implementation of supply chain optimization.This results show that the implementation of supply chain optimization strategy for ZN company's improvement of the effectiveness.
