Any enterprise,whether it is work efficiency,and the promotion of enterprise value,originate from employees to work hard and positive innovation,is derived from the frontline staff's hard work and the force at the core production activities,from the scientific and effective incentive mechanism.Enterprise only to strengthen the construction of talents cultivation,perfect team,to create a strong,high-quality staff team;Only give full play to the frontline staff's enthusiasm and creativity,can make the enterprise in the industry to rise;Only to establish and perfect effective incentive mechanism,can maximize the staff's individual potential,the harmonious development of efficient and realize the maximization of enterprise value.With the development of modern science and technology and the progress of the society and people's vision is open,the needs of modern enterprise employees increasingly diversifying,they not only stay in salary,welfare and other material requirements,and pay more attention to personal growth and progress.In the study of employee incentive,attention in general staff or people in the middle and the attention to frontline employees,more than material incentives,such as in compensation and benefits for staff career planning,education training system and so on spiritual incentive payattention to is not much.P enterprise in terms of a gleam of staff incentive,not only in material incentives,is more a series of problems exists in the spiritual,so that frontline employees' working enthusiasm generally is not enough,the sense of belonging to the enterprise is not strong,stable talent team is not enough.For P enterprise current situation and existing problems of incentive mechanism,and frontline staff's demand characteristics,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative,empirical and comparative method,in-depth analysis and research,so as to put forward P enterprise frontline staff incentive mechanism optimization advice: on the one hand,by adjusting the salary structure,improve and perfect the welfare system to improve the effect of material incentives;,on the other hand,by building enterprise culture,to optimize staff's emotion and honor incentive mechanism of training and education,develop their career development path to strengthen the non-material incentive effect;By optimizing the negative incentive mechanism,to enhance staff incentive effect,constraint employees negative motivation and behavior.Finally on this basis,the frontline staff incentive mechanism and optimization scheme is put forward the safeguard measures and the supervision system.
