| A new round of industrial revolution is advancing in a large scale around the world, in order to maintain the relative advantages of the manufacturing industry and promote the development of intelligent manufacturing industry, Germany and the United States launched industry 4.0 and industrial internet strategy respectively. China is in a critical stage of economic development currently. In order to seize the opportunity of the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology, promote the upgrading of industrial structure and keep economic increasing, make our manufacturing industry stronger, China also made a development strategy namely "2025 Made in China". As the representative of advanced manufacturing industry in China, aviation industry is necessary to take the lead in intelligent manufacturing and play a role model for other industries. The aviation industry FAC scientific research institute is discussed in this paper, the micro inertial components manufacturing demonstration line is constructed to make the preliminary exploration and provide reference and experience for realizing the intelligent manufacturing system.The basic theory of intelligent manufacturing is discussed. In order to realize the characteristics of state perception, real-time analysis, decision making and mobile execution of intelligent manufacturing system, the management of information and the construction of the digital model and data mining system should be realized firstly. Based on that, the automatic implementation state aware device should be combined, to realize the closed-loop feedback of the whole system. At the same time, the lean 6 sigma production management method is introduced, to control the quality of production and evaluate the effect of the intelligent manufacturing.According to fundamental theory of intelligent manufacturing with current problems existing in the enterprise, this paper build the overall structure of aviation industry FAC scientific research institutes intelligent manufacturing system, and explain the specific ideas of promoting intelligent manufacturing:exploring implementation problems of intelligent manufacturing via building "micro inertia device intelligent manufacturing model line", making breakthroughs in core technologies of intelligent manufacturing system by pooling resources, jointly building, rapidly implementing, pointing to line, lining to surface, comprehensively promoting, driving the overall promotion of FAC scientific research institutes intelligent manufacturing level. This paper introduce the overall scheme of building "micro inertia device intelligent manufacturing model line" in detail, and introduce the intelligent manufacturing management and control, engineering modeling and decision analysis, automatically executing state sense, data mining and optimal feedback of specific construction respectively, ultimately form the complete intelligent manufacturing model line.The partially completed "micro inertia device intelligent manufacturing model line" is evaluated in present paper. The influence on FAC scientific research institutes’ management level and strategy is discussed. comparing the promotion of production flow capability before and after building the model line, the conclusion that intelligent manufacturing can improve pass rate and efficiency can be obtained. At last, risk of building the model line and the corresponding control strategies are analyzed.. |
