Research On The Digital Transformation Strategy Of ZK Textile Company’s Manufacturing System

The textile industry is not only an important manufacturing industry but also an advantageous industry to participate in international cooperation and integrated development for China.Textile enterprises are highly dependent on market demand,and product types and production quantities are greatly affected by the needs of external market subjects such as textile enterprises.Customers’ demands for textiles are increasingly diversified,and the business model of "small batches,multiple varieties,and fast delivery" has gradually become the mainstream model of textile enterprises.At present,the production mode and management mode of China’s textile enterprises still lag behind the international advanced level.The contradiction between customers’ personalized,multi-level and diversified demand for textile products and the current production capacity of textile enterprises is more prominent,and the manufacturing system of textile enterprises is facing great challenges.With the rapid development of the digital economy,manufacturing enterprises have applied big data,industrial Internet,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,block chain and other new generation information technologies in enterprise manufacturing systems on a large scale,integrated enterprise production data and resources,and improved the manufacturing system.Carrying out all-round changes can improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,and facilitate the digital transformation of the company,satisfy customer’s requirement,finally improve the competitiveness of textile company.Taking ZK Textile Company as an example,this thesis finds that the most important questions which is preventing the development of the company are poor production flexibility,high production cost as well as low level of production informatization.On this account,this thesis believes that there is an inalienable relationship between the above three problems and the situation of ZK textile company’s manufacturing system.Therefore,how to transform and upgrade the company’s existing manufacturing system,improve the digital level of the manufacturing system,and solve the main problems faced by the company’s current development is the main purpose of this thesis.Based on the theory of digital transformation,business process optimization and strategic alliance,this thesis consults the relevant literature at home and abroad,collects important data through investigation and interview.a set of complete and practical digital transformation strategy of manufacturing system comes up.This thesis analyzed the problems of the manufacturing system of ZK Textile Company,the low degree of digitalization of the manufacturing system is the main bottleneck restricting the future development of ZK Textile Company.It is necessary that ZK Textile Company urgently needs a scientific manufacturing system digital transformation Solution.Secondly,on the basis of the preliminary analysis of the current situation and problems of the company,the strategy of transforming and upgrading the manufacturing system from the original informatization and automation to digitalization through the Manufacturing Execution System and its core function modules is proposed.Finally,with the interactive use of the data which is produced in the Manufacturing Execution System,Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system,Advanced Planning and Scheduling System,Radio Frequency Identification System,Enterprise Resource Planning System and Office Automation System,a digital manufacturing system covering the whole process of online monitoring and communication system,visual production plan management system,personnel scheduling management,finished product management subsystems,through the whole production,manufacturing,inspection and logistics distribution process shall be established.The production process will be more transparent,efficient,flexible and traceable.Solve the problem of data silos will be solved,reduce the operating costs,improve the operation quality of the company,realize the digital transformation of the manufacturing system of ZK textile Company,and enhance the competitiveness of ZK textile Company in the future market.
