| With the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution,digital economy is more and more important.Manufacturing is one of the important pillars in the national economy,it is urgent for enterprises to complete the transformation and upgrading of digital industry based on digitization,networking,and intelligence.Under the leadership and promotion of the "made in China 2025" policy,manufacturing enterprises have invested large amount of human and other resources to realize the information and industrialization integration and upgradation,to make improvement for produce efficiency,and to strengthen the quality.Taking SW company,a transformer manufacture plant as the research object,combined with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the process of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation of SW company from strategy formulation to implementation evaluation.Firstly,the PESTEL analysis model with six main aspects is used,to detailed.SW company’s industrial environment is analyzed by using the Porter’s five forces model.Together with its’ enterprise value chain and internal environment,this paper figures out SW company’s opportunities and challenges.Combined with the vision and strategy targets of SW company,the sustainable competitive advantage is analyzed.Secondly,it studies the formulation of digital strategy of SW company,and analyzes the specific strategies and implementation means of its three components,namely product digitization,production process digitization and management digitization.It also analyzes the implementation process of digital strategy,and makes a detailed analysis from the driving force,effect,and problems in the implementation process.Finally,the research conclusion is drawn that the formulation and strategy of SW company’s digital strategy have been effectively implemented,achieved some effective economic benefits,realized the preliminary digital transformation,improved the production and operation efficiency,and enhanced the brand competitiveness,and provided a feasible practical way for the digital transformation of semi-automatic and semi-manual transformer power equipment manufacturing industry. |
