1978,our country has carried on the reform and opening up new attempt,the attempt to promote the development of all walks of life,make it a new life,among them,the family enterprises as an important part of our national economy,also got rapid development,however,family businesses also appears a series of problems in the operation process,such as family enterprises in human resources management have serious cannot effectively carries on the rational allocation of resources,lead to a lot of wasted resources,at the same time,family enterprise internal also there are serious corruption phenomenon.Because of family firm appointed by the most senior for family members,therefore,also exist in the staff salary distribution irrationality,between company management affairs can further the thorough exchange,the company by the lack of scientific incentive mechanism of internal guidance,employees lack of enthusiasm and a series of contradiction.Is,of course,the family business for China's role in promoting national economy,its plays an important role in promoting,many excellent family businesses can effectively increase the employment,stimulate exports and increase the competitiveness of the market,these are positive,therefore,how the effective solutions to family enterprises in human resources management and the disadvantages of imperfect staff incentives is family enterprises in our country in the new era strives for the survival of the important proposition.Idea of this essay,first of all,to human resources management and family enterprises for the two research topics,this paper deals with the related literature consult,sorting and induction,to prepare for the next step of research,at the same time,according to consult literature and their own understanding of this article,this article summarized the incentive theory and the concrete connotation of the family business.Then,this article selects the wuxi G family enterprises as the research object,the internal research on the current situation of human resource management,and according to the research results of the company's internal human resource management in terms of incentive theory in its actual effect of the assessment;On this basis,this paper based on the existing incentive theory and the development present situation of the enterprise,Wuxi G family enterprise internal problems for the scientific analysis,also exist on employee wages distribution irrationality,between company management affairs can further the thorough exchange,the company is inside the lack of the guidance of scientific incentive mechanism,employees' lack of motivation,etc,the analysis of the causes of the problems made think the reason may be rooted in family enterprise itself,including its own for indoctrination and training of enterprise culture does not reach the designated position,internal human resource management department does not have the quality of scientific management,impossible to implement effective incentive theory,etc.;Finally,this article from the analysis of the results of the study and the development present situation of the enterprise,the enterprise human resources management aspect puts forward five Suggestions,respectively is: 1,to redesign the position of enterprise internal arrangement and the arrangement,according to the different positions and function optimization position Settings;2,establish and improve the performance evaluation mechanism,this is especially important link,the reasonable performance evaluation mechanism can motivate staff to the greatest extent,to stimulate their working enthusiasm;3,the strengthened enterprise cultural idea,and turn it into the enterprise culture;4,establish and improve the promotion mechanism,motivating workers from personal interests as the starting point in a concerted effort to improve enterprise overall efficiency;5,to establish and perfect the system of wages,and provide a life safeguard for employees.
