Shanghai PW company is a foreign invested company specializing in auto parts development, manufacturing and sales.Auto ancillary industry is a technology-based and labor-intensive industry, which needs the support of a great number of technical personnel and management talents. In fact, the competition among enterprises in this industry is the competition for resources and talents, thus how to seize resources, attract talents and retain talents are the core problems contributing to the rapid development and expansion of the enterprises. However, the key in attracting and retaining talents successfully is to adopt proper incentive measures, therefore how to motivate employees effectively will become an important business management issue.This paper takes Shanghai PW company as an example,analyzes and researches the present employees’incentive measures, identifies the problems in existing measures and concludes the characteristics and real needs of employees in PW company which proposes for the solution and suggestion for an improved plan of employees’incentive measures in PW company., which provides strong supports for the development of human resources in the future.First an incentive case of the representative employee is cited and then relevant incentive theory are exposed, detailed analysis of employee incentive status and employee composition which pose the problems in human resources management,such as lack of management communication, imperfection of pay and benefits, fragmentation of performance needs of the employee. Finally the theory and the real needs of the employees of the company, put forward the corresponding measures for improvement and rationalization proposals. From the aspects of management communication, performance management, pay and benefits and corporate culture construction, this thesis put forwards incentive measures to propose the establishment of good communication channels, perfect pay and benefits system and the establishment of performance management system and the construction of healthy corporate culture striving to an effective incentive mechanism.
