By fortune magazine listed in fortune 500 companies,more than a third of the emphasis on "teamwork" is the enterprise's core values,all the daily operation and development of the enterprise is inseparable from the team cooperation,87% of companies through the team cooperation to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation,and promote to achieve the goal of "benefit maximization".From this perspective,the team performance assessment has a significant impact on the development of enterprise,establish and improve the team performance appraisal system is the basis and prerequisite for enterprises to maintain stable development,is also an integral part of its business process conditions.Enterprise is A printed circuit board as the main business of state-owned holding listed companies,with respect to its current situation of equipment management team performance appraisal,the single assessment index,the evaluation standard is not clear,such problems as lack of scientific evaluation system exist for A long time,as A direct result of A enterprise equipment team performance appraisal can't obtain the fundamental development,enterprise operation also faces some challenges.In addition,under the background of economic globalization and the globalization of trade,A development of the enterprise also bear the great pressure of competition,the urgent need to through the product upgrade,technical transformation,to set up project team to improve the business environment,promote the stable development.Based on the above understanding,this paper proposes a according to the characteristics of the task team and set up performance appraisal system,the system using the balanced scorecard as the basic framework,guided by the system management theory,and from the aspects of team and individual evaluation on team performance.Team level of performance appraisal from the enterprise financial,customer service,internal process,learning and growth,to examine the four dimensions,closely surrounding the decomposition according to company strategy to the goals of the team level set performance appraisal indicators.Team assessment ofindividual level,with members of the behavior process and results of two dimensions set corresponding indicators.Finally,in order to guarantee the effective operation of the team performance appraisal system,the paper from the information network construction,human resource management,team building and enterprise culture construction and so on four dimensions security scheme.
